Emphasis on Intergovernmental Cooperation in Health Between Türkiye and Somalia

 

 

On April 16, 2025, USHAŞ General Manager Mr. Behlül ÜNVER met with Somali Ambassador to Ankara Mr. Fathudin Ali MOHAMED, First Secretary Mr. Abdirizak Hussein SALAT, and Advisor Mr. Kutaiba WIS.

During the meeting, Mr. ÜNVER emphasized the invaluable nature of health services and described Türkiye's relationship with Somalia as one based on brotherhood. He highlighted that direct intergovernmental collaborations are more reliable and cost-effective compared to those conducted through the private sector.
